  • Mental health is a rising issue in the communities. There are many hidden experts amongst us who have endured and overcome these issues and can help others in the same situation.
  • The goal was to create a Mobile App platform where users could join communities, participate in group meetings, and connect with others who share similar life experiences and can help.

Key Challenges and Opportunities

  • Although it is a social & mental health app, it needed to be unique, so excellent pixel perfect design was a key requirement.
  • The platform required a highly responsive app with a load time of just 1-2 seconds to ensure a seamless user experience, which is critical for user engagement and retention.
  • Integration with multiple 3rd party systems for chat, video calls, push notifications, marketing tools & AI etc called for a flexible architecture.
  • There was a need for continuous and rapid feature development to meet user demands and keep the app competitive in a fast-evolving market.
  • Integrating a community-driven model where users can create or join groups and participate in facilitated meetings was key to fostering meaningful connections and support.
  • The platform needed to handle a growing number of user registrations and maintain high performance and reliability.
