Our UK based client wanted to completely go digital with its processes and offer their customers an up to date information on the status of their goods and its location via a customer portal.
We built a complete end to end tech solution including an iPad App, admin portal and a customer portal, looking at the same data and allowing various levels of access. They just came to us with their idea and we did the rest. We are currently supporting the App ongoing basis.

- Our client, a large-scale goods storage & transportation provider in UK, was managing their operations through Excel sheets and needed a comprehensive digital solution to optimize their logistics processes.
- They wanted to minimise the time required to locate goods for themselves and also their customers, and reduce kayotic email communications.
- Required a mobile and web application to digitize delivery and dispatch processes, make storage items searchable, and reduce administrative workload.
- The solution needed to offer real-time updates, streamline invoice calculations, and allow clients to place goods in/out orders directly through a portal.
