Our solutions
- Developed an iPad application using React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB, designed to automate and digitize the client intake and estate planning processes.
- The app included features for adding new leads, creating opportunities (such as will creation or power of attorney), and capturing necessary data through a structured questionnaire—all of which could be done offline.
- Implemented real-time contract generation and digital signature capabilities to eliminate the need for lengthy paper documents and manual processes.
- Integrated with Capsule CRM, WillSuite, and Google SSO to ensure seamless synchronization with existing systems and improve data management and auditing capabilities.
- Enhanced the user experience by providing staff with greater visibility over client data and integrating a meeting scheduler to better manage client interactions.
