Created an App based CRM platform for an estate planning company in UK that took its core process digital and saved 75% more time. This solution allowed them to scale faster as everything is standardised and systemised.

They just brought their idea to us and entrusted us to do the rest. The app is live and we are continuously supporting and enhancing its features. It is in the process of going the SaaS way.

Client Requirement

The client, a company specializing in handling inheritances, wills, trusts, and estates, needed to streamline their client intake and estate planning process.
They were previously using a 35-page document to gather information over multiple meetings, leading to high error rates and inefficiencies.
The goal was to automate the contract generation process, improve data visibility, and integrate with existing systems for better record-keeping and auditing.

Key Challenges and Opportunities

The manual process was time-consuming, prone to errors, and inefficient for both clients and staff, particularly when revisiting client information over several meetings.
There was an opportunity to significantly improve operational efficiency by automating the document creation process and integrating all client data into a digital system.
The new solution needed to offer real-time data synchronization with the company’s existing CRM and Will Repository System to streamline record-keeping and reduce administrative burden.
Creating a seamless user experience with offline functionality was essential to ensure consultants could work effectively even without internet access.

Our solutions

Developed an iPad application using React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB, designed to automate and digitize the client intake and estate planning processes.
The app included features for adding new leads, creating opportunities (such as will creation or power of attorney), and capturing necessary data through a structured questionnaire—all of which could be done offline.
Implemented real-time contract generation and digital signature capabilities to eliminate the need for lengthy paper documents and manual processes.
Integrated with Capsule CRM, WillSuite, and Google SSO to ensure seamless synchronization with existing systems and improve data management and auditing capabilities.
Enhanced the user experience by providing staff with greater visibility over client data and integrating a meeting scheduler to better manage client interactions.
